The LR14 is a passive-filtered, ultra-compact line-array module, featuring double 6.5” woofers and the RBN401 pro-ribbon driver. With a dispersion of 120° x 15° (HxV), the LR14 offers unparalleled precise projection control and throw in small to medium applications. The ultra-compact size, combined with the weight-saving all Neodymium drivers, leads to a weight of just 15kg / 33lb. making the system very easy to handle.

The FC14/3 trolley carries three pcs. of LR14; By placing the FC14 trolleys behind each other and linking the (sliding) hinges of the LR14's, a complete "array-train" is assembled on the ground. By lifting the mounted grid, the array comes in upright position; When in "folded position", the correct angles can be set on the LR14 modules. Then the array can be hoisted with correct array-splays to the desired height. Through the FC14, the LR14 mounting is done without any weight lifting.
There’s a choice of the economical FC14, carrying 6 units, or the versatile FC14/3, carrying 3 units.

The BRK3LR14 swivel yoke bracket that enables an array of 3 units LR14 to be stacked on a tripod stand, or an array of 4 units LR14 to be flown from a truss clamp or TV spigot.
In either flown or stacked application, the BRK3LR14 maintains full (line-) array functionality!

The GRD14 grid can be used for flying the LR14, as well as stacking an LR14 system; By turning the grid upside down, a stacked system can be build from LR14 modules (also turned upside down).
The GRD14 features four 1” mounting points on top, as well as a centrally placed multi-position mounting bar with 0.5" diameter holes. The larger 4 mounting points are prepared for 6.5 ton 3/4" shackles; The central mounting bar is prepared for 1 ton shackles only; Dual-1ton shackles can be used, to make “half-step” tilt adjustment possible.

The FCGRD14 flightcase carries 2 pcs. of GRD14 grids.

The CNVB14 conversion bracket is a transition frame to suspend a small LR14 array under a LR16 and/or LR16B array for array and/or down fill applications. It enables a maximum tilt angle of 12.5° (10° between CNVB14 and LR16 + 2.5° “pre-tilt” between LR14 and CNVB14).
The CNVB14 is certified for a safety-rating of 10:1, for eleven (11) cabinets LR14.

The LR14B is a high-output bass system, consisting of dual Neodymium long-excursion 12” woofers in double-tuned band-pass configuration. It delivers high quality, high output bass response from a very compact and weight efficient package. The special band-pass configuration offers LR14-matched bass response in full-space (flown) and increased efficiency in half-space (stacked) applications.
LR14B was designed to be used with LR14, in a ratio of 1 unit LR14B on 3 units LR14; For more “heavy” applications (outdoor rock), this ratio may be 2:1.
The easy and accurate mounting system, makes the system quick to set-up in combination with the LR14 line-array module, both in stacked as well as flown configurations.

The FD14B trolley carries one pce. of LR14B; The FD14B is completely compatible with the FC14 and FC14/3, thus follows the same procedure as with the LR14. A complete "array-train" including LR14B’s can be assembled on the ground. The FD14B flight trolley comes with a soft-cover for the LR14B.

The LR14 is powered and controlled by the ALC4 amplified loudspeaker controller. The ALC offers, in combination with the front-accessible SDP-circuit, dedicated system drive in terms of protection, filtering and power optimizing. There is a choice of analog or digital processing: Analogue SDP or digital DDP processing. The SDP processing has non-adjustable factory settings, which is a “tamper-free”, cost-effective processing solution for non-changing system configurations; The DDP processing offers complete flexibility for perfect system response in any situation, with any system configuration.
(on board: a complete library of Alcons systems and system configurations, with array length compensation and stack/fly adjustment, a.o.).

The ALC’s Signal Integrity Sensing (SIS™) circuit, in combination with the SIS pre-wiring of the LR14, ensures complete cable/connector compensation between the LR14/LR14B and ALC resulting in tight and accurate mid and bass response (damping factor of 10.000 at the LR14’s transducer terminals). SIS also further reduces linear and non-linear distortion.

The LR14 system can be connected through the IO4 connector panel, with XLR-in/link connectors, four NL4 (Speakon) output connections and a three-fase 48Amp power connection with a 3-distro AC block.

Alcons offers a choice of amp racks for one, two or three ALC’s, including the connecting panel. All cases have a rubber-mounted inner rack, heavy duty (braked) castor wheels and roady-proof handles.
